Bhava Spandana is a program or workshop organized by the Isha Foundation, a non-profit organization founded by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev.

The word “Bhava Spandana” is derived from the Sanskrit word “Bhava” meaning “emotion” or “knowledge” and “Spandana” meaning “resonance” or “vibration”.   Bhava Spandana is designed to provide spiritual support to participants through powerful dialogue.

The program is designed to improve one’s thinking, replace negative thoughts, and create a better sense of well-being. It is open to individuals who have completed the Interior Engineering course, a program initiated by the Isha Foundation. During Bhava Spandana, participants perform various exercises such as chanting, meditation, and energy procedures under the guidance of a Sadhguru or teacher. Classes usually last three to four days and are held at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore, India, or other places that offer Isha classes.

Bhava Spandana is designed as a transformative practice that allows participants to explore dimensions of their lives and connect with their inner selves on a deeper level. It has the opportunity to break down barriers and have a deep sense of joy and inner satisfaction.
