Begin by taking a few deep breaths to relax your body and calm your mind. Allow any tension or stress to melt away as you exhale.

Start to bring your attention to the base of your spine, where the first chakra, called the root chakra, is located. Visualize a spinning wheel of vibrant red energy at this point. Imagine the energy flowing freely and grounding you to the earth.

Slowly move your attention up to the second chakra, known as the sacral chakra, located in the lower abdomen. Envision a bright orange wheel of energy spinning and radiating warmth. Feel a sense of creativity and passion emanating from this area.

Shift your focus to the third chakra, the solar plexus chakra, which is situated above the navel. Picture a shining yellow wheel of energy. As you breathe, sense your personal power and confidence growing.

Continue upwards to the fourth chakra, the heart chakra, positioned in the center of your chest. Imagine a green wheel of energy expanding with each breath, filling your heart with love, compassion, and harmony.
