Shift your focus to the third chakra, the solar plexus chakra, which is situated above the navel. Picture a shining yellow wheel of energy. As you breathe, sense your personal power and confidence growing.
Spend a few moments with your attention on all seven chakras, visualizing them vibrant and balanced. If you sense any blockages or areas of imbalance, imagine the energy flowing freely and harmoniously through those chakras.
